Center for Global Communications in International University of Japan (GLOCOM) and Foundation for C&C Promotion will hold the first International Symposium on ICT Accessibility in Asia-Pacific Region in January 22 2004. The main topic of the Symposium is accessibility of info-communications services/software/equipment by all people including elderly and people with disabilities. The official language of the symposium is English.

Objectives of the Symposium are:

To exchange current situations in various countries in the region;
To exchange views of various players including ICT users, international organizations, governments, service providers, vendors, academia and others; and
To consider a future collaboration scheme in the region.
