National Broadband Strategy, edited by the Institute for International Socio-Economic Studies, was published and is sold by NTT Publishing. Senior Fellow Izumi Harada was a co-author.
The book investigates the national broadband strategies of seven countries: Canda, the United Kingdom, the Republic of Ireland, the Republic of Korea, the People's Republic of China, the United States of America and Australia. Based on this analysis, the book proposes the broadband strategy the Japanese government should adopt.
