Final symposium of the Japan-China Joint Research Project between the Institute for International Socio-Economic Studies and the China Institute of Contemporary International Relations under the theme "Changes in Bilateral Relations Caused by the IT Revolution" was held in Beijing. The topic concerning the changes in bilateral relations caused by the IT Revolution elicited a heated debate from all aspects, including the political, diplomatic, economic, and security perspectives.
