"Crisis Management for the 2008 Beijing Olympics"
This symposium was cosponsored with Tsinghua University, and hosted by the Center for Public Safety, Urban Planning and Design Institute of Tsinghua University School of Public Policy and Management, the Center for Crisis Management Research of Tsinghua University, the Crisis Management Society of Japan and the Institute of International Socio-Economic Studies, as part of activities relating to the theme ‘Crisis Management for the Beijing Olympics’. The Crisis Management & Preparedness Organization (a specified non-profit organization), Business Continuity Advancement Organization (a specified non-profit organization), Mitsui Sumitomo Insurance Co., Ltd. Shanghai Branch and NEC (China) Co., Ltd. from Japan, and the Chinese Public Administration Society, the Human Resource Development Sub-Committee Business Forum of the China National Committee for Pacific Economic Cooperation, Tsinghua University Center for Public Safety, College of Resources Science & Technology, Beijing Normal University and others from China cooperated as the supporters of the symposium.
