The ‘Advisory Study Session on Crisis Management for the Beijing Olympics’, sponsored by the China Institutes of Contemporary International Relations and supported by IISE was held at the Hyatt Hotel in Tianjin. The study session drew the members of the Chinese Olympic Committee of Beijing and Tianjin. After the keynote presentation by our Chief Fellow Izumi Harada and Mr. Masahiro Kaishi, Manager of the Shanghai Branch, Mitsui Sumitomo Insurance Co., Ltd., Mr. Yang Mingjie, Assistant to the President, China Institutes of Contemporary International Relations and other participants engaged in an earnest discussion on the presentation.
