Since its inception, the IISE has carried out joint research projects with the China Institutes of Contemporary International Relations (CICIR). To mark the 10th anniversary milestone, a special commemorative symposium was held at the CICIR Hall in Beijing. After opening remarks and the exchange of commemorative gifts, President Cui Liru of the CICIR and Chairman Saburo Takizawa of the IISE pledged to continue increasing exchanges between the two organizations. Under the symposium theme of the “Safety and Outlook of the Information Society”, speakers presented their study reports.
