There are two types of knowledge created by Information and Communication Technology, namely knowledge for public and knowledge for group. Knowledge for public is to server for general public and knowledge for group is to serve for specific group. During the recent half century or less ICT created two types of knowledge for society.

Knowledge for public
To begin with, around the year 1995 the web was created on the internet and the global information sharing became possible and popular by personal computers. Knowledge for public came into the world. It is a system similar to public library organized in the information space. Since then technology was evolved very rapidly. Around the year 2005 personal mobile information terminal devices such as smartphone gained the popularity and the emergence of SNS enhanced knowledge for group. In the network of SNS such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and Line a variety of intuitive information are created and shared among friends. SNS is further enhancing its role as communication tool for knowledge and value for group. Lately new system and infrastructure for sharing economy is being created on this SNS network.

Knowledge for public involves two parties, namely, an information provider and beneficiary like in system of public library. Knowledge for public should always be provided stably to beneficiary. Knowledge for public is crated and shared in the view of the world of people, so, it is so created and provided equally for everybody.

Knowledge for group
Knowledge for group is flexibly created and shared by the members of the group, so, it tends to be freely altered or adjusted among members. As knowledge for group is created by the view of the world of the group members, it is flexible “group knowledge” and the value of its group knowledge is fluid and changeable.

Polymorphic transition means that the society or industry are developed by changing freely its own system or the relations or networking with stakeholders as if creatures or living things are changing themselves flexibly for survival while they are networking with others for habitat isolation and coexistence in their ecosystem.

Global networking through internet has greatly improved or enlarged the networking among stakeholders, and, group networking will bring the polymorphic and autonomous transition to its society and industry as if living things are changing themselves and growing by obtaining a variety of functions in its ecosystem.

Creative behavior
Through interaction the individual starts to show its unique feature lively among group members as if it looks granulated, and creates group’s own creative behavior. This kind of movement or phenomenon is called as “Granularization”

 In the next generation information society system AI will be installed in the platform that creates “Group Knowledge”, so, it is indispensable that knowledge for public and knowledge for group are designed in well balanced manner.
